g2 Recruitment partners with a large EPCM business to deliver an 18-month B2B freelance project in the industrial steel sector. The role is Area Construction Manager, full-time, on-site in Saarland, with an October start.

You will oversee civil and mechanical aspects, manage site supervisors and contractors, and report directly to the project owner. Fluency in German (C1) and ten years as Senior Construction Manager are required; candidates must live locally or stay near site during the week.

Qualificações

Duration - 18 Month B2B Freelance Project

Project Type - Construction for Industrial Steel Plant

I am currently partnering with a large EPCM business that are looking to add an experienced Area Construction Manager / Senior Construction Manager / Oberbauleiter into an ongoing project for the next 18 months on a Freelance basis.

The project is already live and construction has begun but are seeking someone to join them on a full time, Monday to Friday basis 100% on site.

You will oversee all aspects of the construction such as civil as well as mechanical and also be responsible for managing supervisors and contractors on site, reporting directly to the Owner of the project.

• Must be comfortable with 100% on site working in Saarland. So if you are not local then you will need to stay near site during the working week.
• Be a fluent German communicator - minimum of C1.
• Have worked on large scale industrial installation type projects across various sectors and countries.
• Be familiar with all German construction legislation/health and safety etc.
• Have 10 year's experience as a Senior Construction Manager.

Interviews will be held within the next 2 weeks with an October start date preferable for my client.
