Job summary

Navalis Shipping GmbH is offering an apprenticeship starting in August 2027 in an international shipping environment. You will learn to plan, organize and manage office processes and quickly take on responsibility by preparing invoices, correspondence and ship mail.

You will gain insights into chartering and personal planning while supporting our team in worldwide procurement and coordinating appointments for colleagues and supervisors.

• Good grades in English and Mathematics.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and manage office processes in an international shipping environment.
• Prepare invoices and ship mail, and monitor payments and deadlines.
• Support the team in procuring goods worldwide.
• Coordinate appointments for colleagues and supervisors.
• Gain insights into chartering and personal planning within Navalis Shipping GmbH & Co. KG and Manx Ocean GmbH.

Look forward to an exciting and diverse apprenticeshp. In your dual training, you will learn how to plan, oganize and manage office processes - and not just anywhere, but in an international shipping company.
You will quickly take on responsibility. You will ensure that everything runs smoothly. This includes preparing invoices, letter and even ship mail. You will always keep an eye on payments, check invoices and make sure that deadlines are met. You will actively support our team in procuring goods worldwide. In addition, you will take on organizational challenges and coordinate appointments for your colleagues and supervisors.
You will gain insights into many exciting areas - from chartering to personal planning. At Navalis Shipping GmbH & Co. KG and Manx Ocean GmbH, you will learn how an international company successfully operates.

Your profile:

• A good secondary school diploma (good grades in English an Mathematics)
