Job summary

Qualifications

• A good secondary school leaving certificate or intermediate school leaving certificate.
• Enjoy dealing with people – on the phone and in person.
• Good knowledge of German and English.
• Enjoy working with a PC and modern software programs.
• Sense of responsibility, diligence and ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Organise transports and stay in close contact with drivers, customers and partners.
• Plan routes and ensure that everything arrives on time.
• Learn how to use modern freight forwarding software.
• Prepare freight documents and deal with customs and foreign trade regulations.
• Calculate prices, process orders and provide support with all commercial activities.
