Responsibilities

• Bedienen, Überwachen und Steuern von Maschinen und Produktionsanlagen
• Arbeitsprozesse vorbereiten, Rüst- und Werkzeugwechsel durchführen, Materialien bereitstellen
• Einfache Wartungs- und Reparaturaufgaben durchführen
• An einfachen Störungen arbeiten und gemeinsam mit Technikern analysieren
• Qualitätsmerkmale überwachen, Inspektionen dokumentieren
• Sicherheits-, Hygiene- und Umweltvorschriften beachten; Ordnung halten
• Produktions- und Prüfprotokolle führen und Feedback ins System eingeben

Your tasks

• Operating, monitoring, and controlling machines and production equipment
• Preparing work processes, setting up/tooling out machines, and providing materials
• Performing simple maintenance and repair tasks
• Identifying and resolving simple malfunctions; assisting with fault analysis alongside technical staff/maintenance personnel
• Monitoring quality characteristics; performing and documenting inspections
• Complying with safety, hygiene, and environmental regulations, as well as maintaining order and cleanliness in the workplace
• Maintaining production and inspection logs and entering feedback into the system
• Your apprenticeship begins in August 2027 and lasts 2 years

Your profile

• At least a good secondary school leaving certificate or intermediate school leaving certificate
• Technical interest and understanding of machines/systems
• Careful and reliable way of working as well as a sense of responsibility
• Willingness to learn, ability to work in a team and communication skills
• Basic knowledge of mathematics/physics advantageous
• Good knowledge of German
