Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor is seeking a motivated customer service professional to support our clinics in Quebec, Ontario, and Manitoba. You will answer calls and emails, guide clients to book appointments, and ensure inquiries reach the right department with accurate information.

Fluency in French and English is required. The role is full-time, with Saturday shifts and occasional holiday coverage, contributing to our doctors and medi-spa specialists meeting booking targets with a friendly, professional approach.

Qualifikationen

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to deliver excellent customer service.
• Must have a highly positive, action-oriented attitude.
• Ability to maintain first-class operational standards.
• Bilingual French and English (FR/EN) for multiple locations in Quebec, Ontario, Manitoba.
• Must be available full-time.
• Must be available to work Saturdays.
• May be required to work on public holidays.
