Jobtailor is seeking an Annuity New Business Specialist to support high-volume annuity processing in a standards-driven environment. You will handle complex regulatory requirements, guide producers, and collaborate with multiple departments to ensure accurate processing and timely delivery.

The ideal candidate has experience in insurance or financial services, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to coach junior staff while maintaining quality benchmarks.

Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Perform Annuity New Business Specialist functions with high productivity and accuracy.
• Handle NY Reg 60 and Suitability processes.
• Suggest, create, and update procedures and documentation with team lead or manager.
• Liaise with producers, uplines, third-party administrators, Commissions Contracting & Licensing, Legal, and other departments.
• Achieve required phone and transaction performance.
• Research and track documents and resolve complex service issues.
• Serve as backup for Team Lead or Senior Specialist, including work assignments and escalations.
• Mentor new employees and complete second reviews until quality is achieved.
• Handle escalated service-related phone calls.
• Keep producers and uplines updated on product and processing guidelines.
• Resolve problems and guide producers in software usage and web initiatives.
• Resolve moderate to complex sales and operational inquiries related to product clarification, pending new business, supply needs, illustrations, and marketing administration.
• Perform other functions, duties, and projects as assigned.

Requirements

• AA or BA degree preferred
• Relevant experience considered in lieu of degree
• 3+ years of experience working in the insurance or financial services industry
• Experience working in a service center, sales support team and/or other previous industry experience preferred
• Successful completion of Life insurance related education such as LOMA or CLU coursework preferred
• Ability to handle complex situations and processes, including NY Reg 60 and Suitability
• Proficiency in digital techniques, methods, and tools used at F&G
• Regular and punctual attendance
