Job summary

Gulp AG in Niedersachsen sucht einen erfahrenen Production Planner zur Planung von Ne- und Serienfertigung in der spanenden Industrie. Sie koordinieren Arbeitspläne, optimieren Produktionsprozesse und arbeiten eng mit Produktion, Engineering und Finance zusammen, um Kosten, Termine und Qualität zu sichern.

Es wird eine abgeschlossene Ingenieursausbildung oder äquivalente Qualifikation erwartet, ideal mit mehrjähriger Erfahrung in der Luft- oder Maschinenbauindustrie.

Qualifications

• Abgeschlossenes Studium in Ingenieurwesen, Luft- oder Maschinenbau oder vergleichbare technische Qualifikation (Bachelor/Master)
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in Produktionsplanung, -steuerung, Arbeitsvorbereitung bzw. -planung
• Fundierte Praxis in der Fertigungstechnik, ideal in der spanenden Bearbeitung
• Erfahrung im Projektmanagement zur zielgerichteten Steuerung von Projekten und Prozessoptimierungen
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, SAP (SAP-PR3/BW) und Google Workspace
• Fließende Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse; starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten

Job description

Production Planner: New and series planning of individual parts and complex assemblies in the machining environment; selection, definition, and operational implementation of future-proof manufacturing concepts; creation, maintenance, and continuous optimization of work plans and production processes; systematic analysis of manufacturing problems as well as initiation and monitoring of effective corrective measures; detailed pre-calculation and post-calculation of machined components; continuous development and optimization of production processes within the framework of the continuous improvement process (CI/CIP); technical and economic evaluation of modern manufacturing and production methods; support in budget, resource, and investment planning, especially for CAPEX investments in fixed assets; identification, development, and implementation of sustainable cost improvement measures; coordination and management of improvement projects, taking into account costs, adherence to deadlines, and quality standards; close, cross-functional collaboration with the interfaces of production, engineering, and finance for holistic process optimization

• Successfully completed studies in the field of engineering, aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering or a comparable technical degree (at least Bachelor's or Master's/Diploma) or a qualification as a technician or master craftsman with sound professional experience

• Several years of professional experience in production planning, production control, work preparation or production planning and control, ideally in aircraft manufacturing

• Solid practical knowledge and several years of experience in a machining manufacturing sector

• Experience in project management for the targeted control of projects and process optimizations

• Proficient use of MS Office, sound user knowledge of Google Workspace and detailed knowledge of SAP (especially SAP-PR3 / BW)

• Fluent German skills and proficient English skills, both spoken and written.

• Strong communication skills for exchanging information with national and international organizational units as well as external suppliers

• Excellent organizational skills, independent and structured work style, and a strong results orientation.
