Job summary

Gulp AG in Nordenham seeks a Project Employee for Site Planning to support planning and design of production equipment and layout concepts. You will assist in procurement, data analysis for business cases, and coordination of sub-projects, with emphasis on efficiency and safety at the Nordenham site.

Fluent German and English, a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, and 1+ years in project work are expected, along with hands-on experience in SAP/Catia V5 and Google Workspace.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, mechanical engineering or industrial engineering.
• Over 1 year of practical experience in project management.
• Solid knowledge of MS-Office, SAP, Catia V5 and Google Workspace.
• Mechanical/plant engineering knowledge desirable.
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Structured, independent work style with strong customer focus and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and design of production equipment.
• Support development of production layout and industrialization concepts.
• Participate in procurement and implementation of facilities and machinery.
• Create data for business cases and profitability analyses.
• Contribute to investment projects and coordinate smaller sub-projects.
• Ensure compliance with Airbus procurement processes for plants and tools.
• Coordinate suppliers and external companies during assembly and commissioning.
• Accompany plant acceptance tests and support launches and releases.
• Contribute to continuous optimization of efficiency, safety, and production rates at Nordenham site.

Your responsibilities will include: Assisting with the planning and design of production equipment; supporting the development of production, layout, and industrialization concepts; participating in the procurement and implementation of production facilities and machinery; creating and preparing data for business cases and profitability analyses; contributing to investment projects and coordinating smaller sub-projects; ensuring compliance with Airbus processes for plant and tool procurement; managing and coordinating suppliers and external companies during assembly and commissioning; accompanying plant acceptance tests and supporting series production launches and production release; and contributing to the continuous optimization of efficiency, occupational safety, and production rates at the Nordenham site.

• Successfully completed studies in the field of engineering, mechanical engineering or industrial engineering (at least a Bachelor's degree)

• More than 1 year of practical professional experience in project management or project work

• Solid user knowledge of detailed functions of MS-Office, SAP, Catia V5 and Google Workspace

• Knowledge of mechanical and plant engineering is desirable.

• Fluent German and English skills, both spoken and written.
