Job summary

Gulp Ag in Donauwörth is seeking a Production Planner to coordinate data management for aircraft door design data and to liaison with Airbus Commercial. You will support IT tool rollouts for AI applications and help industrialize new products and processes. Strong SAP and MS Office skills, plus aerospace experience, are essential for success.

You will create work plans and parts lists in SAP and contribute to continuous process improvements across production and engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Completed vocational training with relevant follow‑on qualification.
• At least 3 years of experience in work preparation, manufacturing and aircraft construction.
• Solid IT knowledge and strong SAP/MS Office skills.
• Fluent German and proficient English.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate data management for design data within Manufacturing Engineering Airplane Doors (drawings, parts lists, configurations).
• Maintain continuous communication with Airbus Commercial and other departments.
• Research information on drawings, references, components, tools, and process documentation.
• Support rollout of IT tools for AI applications (e.g., Google Gemini).
• Assist in industrialization of new products/processes and automation via scripts/macros.
• Analyze technical problems and document quality notes, drawings, and production orders.
• Create work plans and parts lists per design specs in SAP.
• Participate in projects for continuous process improvement.

Our client in Donauwörth is looking for a Production Planner.

Your responsibilities will include: Coordination of data management for design data within Manufacturing Engineering Airplane Doors (drawings, parts lists, configurations); continuous communication with Airbus Commercial and other relevant departments; information research regarding drawings, references, components, tools, and process documentation; support in the rollout of IT tools for the application of artificial intelligence (e.g., Google Gemini); support in the industrialization of new products/processes as well as in the automation and simplification of existing processes using scripts and macros; analysis of technical problems and the associated documentation (e.g., quality notes, component and assembly drawings, production orders); creation of work plans and parts lists according to design specifications in SAP, as well as participation in projects for continuous process improvement.

• Successfully completed vocational training (e.g. as an aircraft mechanic, industrial mechanic, automotive mechanic or automotive mechatronics technician) with further training as a technician or master craftsman or comparable qualification.

• At least 3 years of professional experience in work preparation, manufacturing/production and aircraft construction

• Solid experience in the field of IT/information systems as well as sound user knowledge of SAP and MS Office

• Fluent German skills and proficient English skills

• Strong quality and responsibility awareness, as well as an independent, structured and solution-oriented work style.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills, as well as enthusiasm for new software tools and processes.
