Hellmann Worldwide Logistics SE & Co. KG in Brisbane is seeking an Air Operations Operator to join our team full time. You will process documents, book cargo with airlines, and liaise with AQIS, Airlines, couriers, and clients to ensure smooth operations.

The role requires one year of experience in a similar position and a high level of accuracy. You will contribute to our quality assurance and compliance processes while supporting a collaborative, inclusive work culture.

Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Process documents efficiently and promptly to ensure they are correct and are properly entered into operations systems.
• Liaise with AQIS, Airlines, couriers, Customs Agents, clients, various transport bodies, and Australian Customs as and when required.
• Take responsibility for booking cargo with airlines.
• Take responsibility for inspecting all dangerous goods documentation and cargo (where applicable).
• To order/book other third parties as required.
• To raise permits as required.
• To act as part of our Quality Assurance Systems, with AQIS
• To process creditor invoices
• Take appropriate corrective actions to prevent recurrence of non-conformances.
• Take responsibility for Documenting Document Change Requests.
• Take responsibility for inspecting all freight received or dispatched to the consignee or shipper.

About the job

We are looking for a dedicated, energetic and experiencedAirOperationsOperator to join our team on a full time basis located in our Brisbane office.
