Job summary

Blackfield Ai Ag in Bremen seeks a Senior AI Strategy Consultant (m/f/d) to lead end-to-end AI transformation projects, drive strategic roadmaps, and own client relationships at management level. You will shape governance frameworks, KPI systems, and value realization while collaborating with engineering on architecture, MLOps, and scaling.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in strategy/technology consulting or AI transformations
• Demonstrable success in defining and implementing AI roadmaps and operating models
• Deep understanding of data/AI architectures, LLM deployment scenarios, MLOps & change management
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and confidence in negotiations at C-level
• Excellent storylining, executive communication, and composure in critical meetings

As a Senior AI Strategy Consultant (m/f/d), you are a thought leader for AI strategies, lead projects end to end, and own client relationships at management level. You develop well-founded roadmaps, establish governance structures, and ensure value realization.

Responsibilities

Leading complex strategy and transformation projects (program/workstream lead)

Developing AI target pictures, portfolio roadmaps, and KPI systems including value tracking
