Primetime is seeking an AI-focused software engineer to develop AI-powered applications and integrate them into existing processes. This hybrid role involves on-premises and cloud AI, robust backends, and modern APIs.

You’ll work in professional teams, applying clean coding practices and CI/CD to deliver reliable, scalable solutions. You’ll collaborate across regions, mentor others, and continuously improve the software through testing and workshops, with strong German and English communication

Qualifications

• A degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Software Engineering or a related technical field.
• Initial experience in software development, ideally with Java, Python, C++ or C#.
• Practical exposure to the integration and use of on‑premises and cloud‑based AI.
• An understanding of how current LLMs work, including their strengths and limitations.
• Enthusiasm for complex systems and the drive to understand, test and continuously improve the software you develop.
• Willingness to travel for client projects across the DACH region.
• Professional fluency in German and fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Integrate LLMs into software solutions, design prompts and guardrails, and ensure the applications work reliably in practice.
