Zusammenfassung

PEC project engineers & consultants GmbH seeks an AI Governance & Literacy Manager to lead governance operations and literacy initiatives. You will coordinate risk assessments for AI use cases, Liaise with Leadership, HR, Data Privacy and others, and maintain the AI Registry while providing governance reporting.

The role requires several years in Digital & IT with AI governance expertise, plus strong coordination and communication skills.

• Several years in Digital & IT with AI governance experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, AI, or a comparable field.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills.

• AI Governance Operations: accelerate innovation with guardrails.
• Coordinate end-to-end process for registering and risk assessment of AI use cases with stakeholders.
• Prepare, review, document and approve AI risk assessments with General Counsel.
• Own RRPS AI Registry and provide reporting on governance.
• Provide consulting on RRPS AI Governance topics.
• AI Literacy & Training: promote AI knowledge among employees.
• Coordinate development and implementation of AI literacy training with local stakeholders.
• Review and adapt training content for relevance and compliance.
• Maintain knowledge of AI legislation and governance frameworks (e.g., ISO 42001).
• Strong project and stakeholder management across teams.

• AI Governance Operations: Accelerating innovation through AI by living lightweight governance guardrails
• Coordinate the end-to-end process for registering and risk-assessing of AI use cases including stakeholder management (Leadership, AI Committee, Works Council, HR, Data Privacy and others).
• Prepare, review, document and approve AI risk assessments in collaboration with General Counsel
• Operationally own RRPS AI Registry
• Provide and maintain appropriate reporting regarding AI Governance Operations.
• Provide consulting and guidance on RRPS AI Governance topics.
• AI Literacy & Training: Promoting AI knowledge among employees
• Coordinate the development and implementation of AI literacy training measures in alignment with local stakeholders and RR plc.
• Review and adapt training content to ensure relevance and compliance.
• In-depth knowledge of AI legislation (e.g., EU AI Act), AI Governance frameworks (tools, processes, standards such as ISO 42001), and AI technologies.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Several years of experience in Digital & IT, with proven expertise in AI Governance.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, AI, or a comparable field.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to make AI Governance accessible and supportive, avoiding bureaucratic barriers and promoting effective adoption.
