Job summary

COBACK GmbH is seeking an AI Engineer to develop AI components of our compliance platform. You will work with LLMs, RAG systems, and cutting-edge ML technologies to build and refine AI features that power our product.

Responsibilities include developing and fine-tuning LLM-based apps, building RAG pipelines, prompt engineering, and close collaboration with the product team. English proficiency is required; German is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with machine learning and NLP.
• Experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Open Source) preferred.
• Python skills and ML frameworks experience.
• Understanding embeddings and vector databases.
• Interest in compliance and legal tech.
• Good English; German a plus.
