Aconium is seeking an experienced AI Engineer to advance our Document AI quest, integrating LLMs, building scalable ML pipelines, and deploying production-grade AI systems. You will work on agent-based RAG chatbots and GovTech workflows, collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.

The role demands hands-on Python development, proficiency with ML frameworks, and experience with APIs, microservices, and model optimization.

We are looking for an experienced AI Engineer (m/f/d) to join our AI team. This role is central to building Document AI (DAI) as an agentic document processing tool-your primary goal in Phase 1: to develop the first domain-specific RAG chatbot with agents and deploy it in a production-ready environment.

For our growing AI team, we're looking for a hands-on person with real-world experience: You've already integrated LLM APIs, built APIs with FastAPI, and know how to deliver features quickly. You'll be working directly on a real-world GovTech product-agent-based RAG chatbots, MCP integration, and workflow automation are your core areas of focus.
