Your mission

As an AI Developer, this role combines technical consulting with hands-on development, with a strong focus on Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Azure AI, and Microsoft 365. The main focus is developing and implementing intelligent, scalable AI solutions that help clients automate processes, improve user experience, and create real business value. The role involves close collaboration with functional and technical specialists, consultants, and architects at Macaw, contributing to both customer success and professional growth. Because Microsoft’s AI ecosystem evolves quickly, staying proactive in following developments across Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Azure AI, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and broader vendor direction is an important part of the role.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy agent solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Azure AI, and Microsoft 365.
• Develop Copilot Studio agents, workflows, instructions, skills, custom connectors or handoff flows. Build integrations with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Dataverse, Microsoft Graph, APIs, and other enterprise systems.
• Work with LLMs, prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, and knowledge grounding patterns to improve agent quality and reliability.
• Contribute to solution design, architecture, implementation decisions, and platform best practices.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to identify opportunities and deliver practical AI and automation solutions.
• Support testing, troubleshooting, documentation, and continuous improvement of agent solutions.
• Proactively follow Microsoft AI, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and broader vendor roadmap developments.

Requirements

• Experience as a developer, AI Developer, chatbot developer, technical consultant or Power Platform specialist, preferably in Microsoft-based environments.
• Hands-on experience with or strong interest in, Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Platform.
• Basic to intermediate programming skills in JavaScript, C#, Python, or similar languages, mainly for custom development, integrations, and automation.
• Strong interest or expierence in generative AI, LLMs, agent solutions, and business automation.
• Basic knowledge of APIs, web services, authentication, and enterprise integrations.
• Ability to translate business needs into practical technical solutions.
• A pragmatic problem-solving mindset and strong collaboration skills.

Salary Range

We value your expertise and offer a competitive salary range of €3900 - €6300 gross, tailored to your experience and qualifications.
