Dijital Team is seeking an experienced AI Solutions Engineer to own the technical delivery of AI-powered solutions, automation, integrations, and internal AI operating systems. This hands-on role targets full-stack engineers who build and deploy AI agents, tool-using systems, integrations, and production apps.

You will partner with clients to assess feasibility, design scalable solutions, and drive projects from blueprint to production with reusable modules for multiple environments.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of experience building and deploying LLM-powered applications beyond conversational chatbots.
• Hands-on experience with AI agents, tool use, retrieval, structured outputs, prompt engineering, and context engineering.
• Experience with Claude Code, Anthropic API, and multi-agent orchestration.
• Strong understanding of MCP connectors and tool integration.
• Ability to provide examples, repositories, demos, or production systems demonstrating work delivered.

Aufgaben

• Lead the technical component of client audits by assessing existing systems, platforms, integrations, data, access, and technical constraints.
• Conduct systems inventories covering platforms, licensing, administration, costs, and technical dependencies.
• Assess integration capabilities, including APIs, webhooks, exports, and system limitations.
• Evaluate data quality, structure, accessibility, completeness, and interoperability across systems.
• Conduct technical feasibility assessments and proof-of-concept spikes to validate key assumptions.
• Provide realistic technical effort estimates to support commercially accurate client recommendations.
• Design, build, test, and deploy AI agents, automations, integrations, internal tools, dashboards, and client portals.
• Take AI solutions from initial blueprint through development, production deployment, support, and optimisation.
• Build AI operating systems and custom solutions tailored to individual client environments.
• Ensure human approval remains in place for client-facing actions, communications, transactions, and other business-critical activities.
• Troubleshoot, enhance, and continuously improve production AI solutions.
• Build and maintain the organisation’s own internal AI operating systems and technology stack.
• Develop and enhance internal tools including proposal engines, client portals, automation routines, and AI agents.
• Identify opportunities to improve internal efficiency through AI, automation, and system integration.
• Identify recurring patterns across client projects and transform successful solutions into reusable modules.
• Develop reusable components, integrations, workflows, and technical patterns to accelerate future delivery.
• Continuously improve the reliability, scalability, security, and maintainability of existing solutions.
• Contribute to technical standards, documentation, and development best practices.
• Participate in client discovery sessions and technical audits.
• Translate business requirements into practical technical solutions.
• Communicate technical constraints, risks, trade-offs, and recommendations clearly to clients.
• Demonstrate completed solutions and incorporate stakeholder feedback into future iterations.
• Build trusted relationships with clients while maintaining technical integrity and realistic expectations.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced AI Solutions Engineer to take ownership of the technical delivery of AI-powered solutions, automation, integrations, and internal AI operating systems. This role is ideal for a hands-on full-stack engineer who has moved beyond basic AI experimentation and has demonstrable experience building and deploying AI agents, tool-using systems, integrations, and production applications.

You will work closely with clients to assess technical feasibility, design solutions, build AI-powered applications, and take projects from initial blueprint through to production and ongoing optimisation. You will also help identify repeatable solutions and turn them into reusable modules that can be deployed across multiple client environments.

Ideal Profile

AI & Agentic Development

• 4+ years of experience building and deploying LLM-powered applications beyond conversational chatbots.
• Hands-on experience with AI agents, tool use, retrieval, structured outputs, prompt engineering, and context engineering.
• Experience with Claude Code, Anthropic API , and multi-agent orchestration.
• Strong understanding of MCP (Model Context Protocol) connectors and tool integration.
• Ability to provide examples, repositories, demos, or production systems demonstrating work delivered.

Full Stack Engineering

• Strong full-stack development experience using TypeScript/Node.js and React.
• Experience with modern frameworks such as Next.js.
• Strong experience with relational databases, particularly Supabase/PostgreSQL.
• Experience deploying production applications using platforms such as Vercel.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, authentication, and third-party integrations.
• Experience working with Git-based development workflows and maintaining version-controlled production code.

Integrations & Platforms

• Proven experience integrating third-party APIs, including systems with limited or poorly documented interfaces.
• Experience integrating platforms such as Notion, Google Workspace, Stripe, Twilio, CRM, POS, and accounting systems is advantageous.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform , including Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint, and Copilot Studio, or demonstrated ability to learn these technologies quickly.
• Exposure to n8n, Make, or similar automation platforms is beneficial.

Technical & Business Analysis

• Ability to assess unfamiliar systems and determine what is technically feasible.
• Strong understanding of security, permissions, data handling, confidentiality, and governance.
• Ability to estimate technical effort based on investigation rather than assumptions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and sound technical judgement.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable participating directly in client discovery and audit sessions.
• Ability to explain technical concepts, limitations, and recommendations clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Confident challenging assumptions and recommending alternative solutions when required.
• Comfortable demonstrating solutions, receiving feedback, and adapting based on client requirements.
