Zusammenfassung

Lingaro in Germany seeks a senior Power Platform engineer to design, develop and deploy Copilot Studio agents connected to enterprise data sources. You will build multi-agent solutions, implement RAG pipelines, and create Power Apps and Power Automate flows to solve business problems with strong UX.

You will mentor junior developers, lead technical discussions, and stay updated on GenAI roadmap and ALM practices. Flexible remotely/hybrid work options are available.

Qualifikationen

• 6+ years of overall IT experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on Power Platform experience, specifically Power Apps + Power Automate.
• Strong production experience with Copilot Studio — building and deploying AI agents.
• Hands-on experience with RAG / Generative AI and enterprise data sources.
• Strong Dataverse and Power Platform integrations/APIs experience.
• Experience integrating Copilot Studio, Power Automate, APIs and enterprise systems.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Design, develop, and deploy Copilot Studio agents (topics, generative answers, actions, plugins) integrated with enterprise data sources.
• Build and orchestrate multi-agent solutions using Agent Orchestration patterns within Copilot Studio / Azure AI Foundry.
• Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines by connecting agents to knowledge sources (SharePoint, Dataverse, Azure AI Search, custom data stores).
• Build Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven) to solve business problems with intuitive UX.
• Automate workflows using Power Automate (cloud flows, desktop flows/RPA).
• Design and maintain Dataverse data models, relationships, and security roles.
• Integrate Copilot Studio agents with Power Automate flows, Azure OpenAI/LLMs, APIs, and third‑party connectors.
• Evaluate and fine‑tune prompt engineering strategies for grounding, accuracy, and hallucination reduction.
• Implement Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) using solutions, pipelines, and environments (Dev/Test/Prod).
• Configure authentication, security roles, and Microsoft Entra ID integration for governance.
• Monitor and troubleshoot agent performance, flow failures, and app errors.
• Collaborate with business analysts to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Mentor junior developers and lead technical design discussions.
• Stay current with Power Platform, Copilot Studio, and GenAI roadmap, licensing, and best practices.

What We’re Looking For:

• 6+ years of overall IT experience.
• 5+ years of hands‑on Power Platform experience, specifically Power Apps + Power Automate.
• Strong production experience with Copilot Studio — building and deploying AI agents, not just configuring or experimenting with Copilot.
• Hands‑on experience with RAG / Generative AI, including connecting Copilot agents to enterprise knowledge sources such as SharePoint, Dataverse or Azure AI Search.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Dataverse and Power Platform integrations/APIs.
• Experience integrating Copilot Studio + Power Automate + APIs/enterprise systems.
• Experience with Power Platform ALM, including Solutions and Dev/Test/Prod deployments.
• Proven ability to independently design, develop and deploy end-to-end Power Platform solutions.
