Job summary

Wwshemi is seeking an experienced Implementation and Deployment Lead to manage the full lifecycle of AI agent deployments for enterprise freight and logistics. You will collaborate with customer operations, IT, product, and engineering to ensure successful deployments and scalable processes.

Responsibilities include leading kickoffs and go-lives, mapping workflows, troubleshooting integrations, and developing playbooks that shorten time to value while enabling growth.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in implementation, deployment, or technical project management.
• Experience with enterprise software architecture, including APIs, databases, and integrations.
• Experience coordinating multi-stakeholder projects and delivering on schedule.
• Experience in at least two areas: systems and integrations or AI agent behavior, freight, supply chain, or operations.
• Fluent English and proficient German; visa sponsorship is not available.

About the Role

Own the full deployment lifecycle for AI agents serving enterprise freight and logistics organizations, from contract handoff through production launch and scaled rollout. You will work across customer operations, IT, product, and engineering to make implementations successful and build repeatable processes that support growth.

What You'll Do

• Lead customer kickoffs, deployment planning, go-live, hypercare, and larger-scale rollouts.
• Map operational workflows and configure AI agents with stakeholders across business, operations, and IT teams.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate integrations with engineering and product partners.
• Share customer feedback and insights to help inform product improvements and roadmap decisions.
• Create deployment playbooks, templates, and best practices that improve time to value and support team growth.
• Guide change management and operator training to help users adopt new workflows.

What We're Looking For

• At least 2 years of experience in implementation, deployment, or technical project management, including end-to-end enterprise software rollouts in B2B environments.
• Strong understanding of enterprise software architecture, including APIs, databases, system integrations, and technical troubleshooting.
• Experience planning and coordinating projects across multiple stakeholders, delivering on schedule, and building trust across complex organizations.
• Experience in at least two of these areas: systems and integrations or AI agent behavior, freight, supply chain, or operations-heavy work, and structured problem-solving in consulting or a comparable environment.
• Fluent English and proficient German. Experience with AI agents, large language models, software development, logistics, or change management is valuable.
• Must have local work authorization. Visa sponsorship is not available.
