Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with front-end mass production sales to provide spare parts quotations and cost breakdowns for overseas customers.
• Process spare parts orders from overseas customers, operate client systems, track production and logistics, and ensure timely delivery.
• Complete financial tasks such as invoicing, payment collection, payment recognition, and account reconciliation on time.
• Maintain good customer relationships, conduct regular customer visits, and improve customer satisfaction.
• Understand customer needs and provide professional product consultations and trade solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or above in English, International Trade, or Vehicle Engineering.
• Proficient in international trade and logistics knowledge, skilled in office software (EXCEL, PPT), and experience with SAP system operation is preferred.
• Over 2 years of international trade experience in lithium batteries, automotive or mechanical parts, or overseas sales/service experience in home appliances, with a strong awareness of after-sales service.
• Team-oriented, able to work under pressure, comply with company regulations, and possess strong self-management skills
