Zusammenfassung

CATL in Germany seeks engineers in production quality and process optimization to join our team in Arnstadt, Thuringia. You will ensure product safety and quality, optimize production processes, and support yields and material utilization while contributing to audits and improvements.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in engineering, knowledge of quality tools, and strong analytical and cross-cultural communication skills. English is required; German or Chinese is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering fields (mechanical, chemistry, materials science, automation)
• Experience in chemistry, automotive, automotive industry supply chain, or related manufacturing industry preferred
• Knowledge of quality tools (Six Sigma, 8D, SPC, FMEA, FTA, MSA)
• Familiar with MS Office; statistics software a plus
• Strong analytical mindset and cross-cultural communication; highly responsible and self-driven
• Fluent in English; German or Chinese a plus

• Preferably practical experience in chemistry, automotive, automotive industry supply chain industry, or related manufacturing industry
• basic knowledge in quality tools or methods such as Six Sigma, 8D, SPC, FMEA, FTA, MSA
• Familiar with MS Office, statistics analysis software is plus
• Strong analytical mind-set, intercultural communication, great coordination skills. High sense of responsibility and self-driven is priority
• Fluent in English, German or Chinese is plus
