• Mentor, role model, and facilitate nursing students' academic development
• Provide guidance and academic support to students
• Teach assigned courses using varied teaching methodologies

Requirements

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
• Experience working with online learning management systems
• Compliance with state, federal, and local laws and regulations, including state Board of Nursing requirements
• Minimum of five years' prior experience as a registered nurse providing direct patient care
• Minimum of three years' experience in the field in which they teach
• Education and experience must align with state regulations and state authorization agency requirements
• MSN required
• DNP or PhD required
• Professional nurse licensure required
