Accounts payable:

• Review, posting and booking of incoming invoices as well as ensuring the proper recording of liabilities.

Accounts receivable:

• Preparation of outgoing invoices, posting of incoming payments, account reconciliations, clarification of open items and collection entries.

Travel expense and expenditure management:

• Review, processing and settlement of travel expenses, entertainment expenses, credit card statements and reimbursement of employee expenses.

Banking and financial management:

• Support for national and international banking matters, contact person for banks and financial institutions, as well as account opening and account management.

Payment transactions and liquidity management:

• Monitoring and processing of national and international payment transactions, including currency exchange transactions.

Financial reporting and documentation:
