Zusammenfassung

LUVE is seeking an Accounting & Finance specialist in Stuttgart, ideally full-time (38h) with consideration for 30/35h part-time. You will manage day-to-day accounting, AR/AP, fixed assets, and reporting for monthly/quarterly/annual statements, collaborating with the Accounting Manager and management.

The role requires 3+ years of accounting experience, fluent German and English, knowledge of tax law, MS Office proficiency, and ERP experience (SAP, DATEV, LEXWARE, SAGE or similar).

• German and English are mandatory; Italian is a plus.
• Knowledge of commercial and tax law.
• Proficient in MS Office.

• Manage day-to-day financial accounting.

For our offices in Stuttgart, we are looking for an Accounting & finance specialist, preferably full-time (38h), but we also take into consideration the possibility of working part-time (30/35h).

Mission

The role sits within the Accounting/Controlling department and covers day-to-day financial accounting as well as preparatory work for monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements, reporting directly to the Accounting Manager and working with the Management, Sales and external bodies.

Main responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day financial accounting
• Handle accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Maintain fixed asset accounting
• Manage the cash book
• Process credit card statements
• Process travel expense reports
• Support controlling activities
• Carry out preparatory work for monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
• Handle series (chain) transactions
• Request, draft and check long-term supplier declarations
• Report to all external bodies (tax office, Saarlouis, Intrastat)
• Notify the relevant bodies within the LU-VE Group
• Prepare the balance sheet

Requirements

• Completed commercial vocational training
• Several years of relevant professional experience in accounting (approx. 3+ years)
• Business-fluent German and English are mandatory, Italian language is a plus
• Knowledge of commercial and tax law
• Confident use of MS Office
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, DATEV, LEXWARE, SAGE or similar)

The indicative gross annual salary (GAS) for this position ranges between € 35.000 - €44.000,00 depending on the candidate's experience and seniority level.
