Job summary

Notified in Frankfurt is seeking an Account Executive to hunt new business and own the full deal cycle. You will build a territory plan and win opportunities across midmarket and enterprise segments, selling a broad SaaS and services portfolio to PR, Communications and Investor Relations stakeholders.

You will manage discovery, demonstrate value, negotiate terms and close deals, while collaborating with Sales Engineering, Legal, and Product teams.

Qualifications

• Min 3 years of proven experience in a new-logo, full-cycle B2B sales role.
• Track record in midmarket and/or enterprise environments.
• Ability to communicate business value to operational users and executive decision-makers.
• Willingness to travel for customer engagements, events and team collaboration as required.
• Native-level German language skills are required, together with professional fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute a territory and account plan that creates a healthy, self-generated pipeline of new-logo opportunities.
• Research target accounts, develop a point of view and engage prospects through calls, email, social selling, events, referrals and creative outreach.
• Run high-quality discovery that uncovers business pain, desired outcomes, metrics, decision criteria, stakeholders and the cost of inaction.
• Lead the complete sales cycle, including qualification, solution design, tailored demonstrations, business cases, proposals, negotiation and contracting.
• Sell confidently across a mixed portfolio, managing both faster transactional opportunities and longer, strategic enterprise platform evaluations.
• Engage senior stakeholders and build multi-threaded relationships across PR, Communications, Investor Relations, Marketing, Finance, Procurement, Legal and IT.
• Apply value-based selling to connect Notified’s capabilities to measurable outcomes such as demand creation, reputation protection, investor confidence, operational efficiency, risk reduction and compliance.
• Coordinate internal specialists, including Sales Engineering, Product, Legal and Sales Operations, to move opportunities forward.
• Maintain accurate opportunity data, next steps and forecasts in the CRM.
• Achieve or exceed bookings targets while protecting value and creating a strong customer handover.

Summary

As an Account Executive, you will be a new-business hunter responsible for winning new customers across midmarket and enterprise segments. You will own the full deal cycle, from territory planning and prospecting through discovery, solution alignment, commercial negotiation and close. You will sell a broad SaaS and services portfolio to PR, Communications, Investor Relations and executive stakeholders, adapting your approach to both shorter, transactional buying journeys and multi-stakeholder enterprise decisions.

Location

This is a hybrid role requiring a minimum of two days per week in the Frankfurt office.

Required Knowledge and Skills

• Min 3 years of proven experience in a new-logo, full-cycle B2B sales role, ideally selling SaaS or technology-enabled solutions
• A successful track record in midmarket and/or enterprise environments, including prospecting, qualification, negotiation and closing
• Comfort managing transactional opportunities as well as complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise cycles
• Ability to communicate business value to operational users and executive decision-makers.
• Experience in using structured sales methodologies. Value-based selling is highly desirable; familiarity with MEDDIC is an advantage
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
• Commercial judgement, curiosity and the discipline to manage a territory with limited supervision
• Native-level German language skills are required, together with professional fluency in English
• Willingness to travel for customer engagements, events and team collaboration as required
