We’re looking for a driven Account Executive to accelerate growth in the Münster region. You will manage a portfolio of ~50–55 existing customers and grow it by at least 10% annually, while acquiring new business and strengthening FedEx’s presence in the SMB & Mid-Market segment.

We’re looking for someone:
Base salary: €53,000 / year
Bonus scheme 1: Up to €24,000 annually (quarterly, tied to growth targets)
Bonus scheme 2: 3.5% of invoices from new clients (quarterly)
Expected total earnings: €70,000–€100,000+, depending on performance.
