About the Role

We’re looking for a driven Account Executive to accelerate growth in the Münster region. You will manage a portfolio of ~50–55 existing customers and grow it by at least 10% annually, while acquiring new business and strengthening FedEx’s presence in the SMB & Mid-Market segment.

If you excel in relationship-building, navigating complex product portfolios, and closing deals, this role offers freedom, autonomy, and the backing of a global logistics leader.

What You’ll Do
  • Own your territory: Prospect, qualify, schedule meetings, build proposals, and close business.
  • Grow existing accounts: Increase share of wallet through upselling, cross-selling, and retention strategies.
  • Maintain strong pipeline discipline: Accurate forecasting, CRM hygiene, and timely reporting.
  • Collaborate across teams: Operations, Pricing, Customer Care, and Solutions to ensure customer success.
  • Become a trusted advisor: Understand client logistics needs and provide tailored FedEx solutions.
Must-Haves
  • Proven B2B field sales experience with measurable results.
  • Strong negotiation, pipeline management, and closing skills.
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel within the territory.
  • German, English B2+

Compensation & Rewards

Base salary: €53,000 / year

Bonus scheme 1: Up to €24,000 annually (quarterly, tied to growth targets)

Bonus scheme 2: 3.5% of invoices from new clients (quarterly)

Expected total earnings: €70,000–€100,000+, depending on performance.
