Job summary

Atlassian is seeking an energetic Enterprise SaaS sales leader to drive net-new logos across the DACH market. You will own the full sales cycle from first touch to close, while shaping value-based conversations with technical and executive stakeholders.

Remote role open to UK and Germany; you’ll help expand our EMEA footprint, build trusted advisor relationships, and help define cross-functional GTM initiatives as a founding Strategic AE member in the region.

Qualifications

• 6-7 years of Enterprise SaaS sales experience in the DACH region.
• Proven track record closing net-new business with enterprise accounts.
• Ability to lead value-centric conversations with technical and executive stakeholders.
• Strong prospecting, qualification, and closing capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and close new opportunities in defined territories (EMEA).
• Own the full sales cycle from first touch through proposal, negotiation, and close.
• Run demos and business-case discussions linking value to priorities.
• Build a strong pipeline with accurate forecasting.
• Champion buyers through complex evaluations and remove friction.
• Contribute to GTM improvements with market feedback.
• Stay current on industry trends and product roadmap.
• Support expanding our EMEA market.

Responsibilities

What you’ll do:

• Prospect, qualify, and close new opportunities across defined territories, focusing on net-new logos and strategic expansion.
• Own the full sales cycle from first touch through proposal, negotiation, and close.
• Run proof of concepts, demos, and business case discussions that clearly tie our value to buyers’ priorities.
• Build a strong pipeline with discipline — forecasting accurately and updating rigorously.
• Champion buyers through complex evaluation processes, anticipating needs and removing friction.
• Be a leader in customer feedback — translate market insights into internal product and GTM improvements.
• Stay highly current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and our product roadmap.
• Support expanding our EMEA market

What we’re looking for:

• 6-7 years of experience in Enterprise SaaS sales, with a strong track record of closing net new business within the DACH market.
• Proven success selling into enterprise accounts
• Comfortable leading value-centric conversations with technical and executive stakeholders
• Able to build trusted advisor relationships and navigate complex buying cycles
• Thrives as one of the founding Strategic AE members in the EMEA region, bringing high energy to establishing the local hub and building cross-functional processes from the ground up.
