FRASER, an independent creative agency with teams in Berlin, is seeking an experienced Account Director to lead client relationships across key accounts, owning projects from brief through strategy, development, production and delivery. You will translate client needs into clear briefs for internal teams and ensure work delivers real business impact.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of experience in account management / client services.
• Deep understanding of how creative agencies and advertising work (briefing -> strategy -> development -> production -> delivery).
• Proven experience managing significant client relationships and complex integrated projects.
• Strong understanding of creative processes and collaboration with Creative Directors, Art Directors, Copywriters, Strategists and Producers.
• Experience managing budgets, timelines, scopes and multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to challenge clients and internal teams.
• Commercially minded with ability to identify opportunities for account growth and new business.
• Fluent German and excellent English.
• Based in Berlin and comfortable working in the office.
• International agency experience is a plus.

Your role

Your profile

• 7+ years of experience in account management / client services, ideally within a creative, advertising or integrated agency.
• Deep understanding of how creativeagenciesandadvertisingwork, from briefing and strategy through creative development, production and delivery.
• Proven experience managing significant client relationships and complex integrated projects.
• Strong understanding of creative processes and the ability to work confidently with Creative Directors, Art Directors, Copywriters, Strategists and Producers.
• Experience managing budgets, timelines, scopes and multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to challenge clients and internal teams when needed.
• Commercially minded and able to identify opportunities for account growth and new business.
• Highly organised, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-moving agency environment.
• Fluent German andexcellentEnglish are essential.
• Based in Berlin and comfortable working closely with the team in the office.
• International agency experience is a plus.
