- Provide crisis intervention, screenings, assessments, and referral services for adults and children
- Deliver services in varied settings through face-to-face contact or telehealth, including video and telephone
- Work every other Saturday and Sunday from 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
- Complete training at 790 Fuller Ave NE, Grand Rapids, Michigan 49503 before working remotely
- Conduct interviews in person or via the internet
- Perform essential duties satisfactorily and accommodate individuals with disabilities as needed
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Counseling Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy for the clinician track
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work for the BSW track
- Michigan licensure as a licensed master social worker, professional counselor, marriage and family therapist, or psychologist; or eligibility for a limited license with licensure obtained within three months of hire
- Michigan licensure as a licensed or limited licensed bachelor’s social worker for the BSW track; or eligibility for a limited license with licensure obtained within three months of hire
- Thorough working knowledge of psychological, emotional, and sociological assessment and diagnosis
- Thorough working knowledge of professional ethics and standards of practice
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for job-related use
- Computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets, email, database management, and data entry
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and rationally
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in stressful situations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment and bridge language and cultural barriers
- Successful completion of a drug screen as part of the background check process
- Must comply with Network180’s prohibition of medical and recreational marijuana use
