ReformKontor GmbH in Zarrentin sucht eine/n Quality Assurance Specialist (m/w/d) in Vollzeit. Sie verantworten Wareneingang/Warenausgang, Produktion- und Hygienekontrollen sowie die Bearbeitung von Anfragen und Audits.

Bewerberinnen und Bewerber mit einer entsprechenden Labor-Ausbildung oder einem Studium im Lebensmittelbereich werden bevorzugt. Erfahrung in der Qualitätssicherung in der Lebensmittelindustrie ist wünschenswert; SAP-Kenntnisse und gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil.

Formación

• Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im chemischen/lebensmitteltechnischen Umfeld oder entsprechendes Studium.
• Erste Berufserfahrung in der Qualitätssicherung in der Lebensmittelbranche vorteilhaft.
• SAP-Kenntnisse und sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) erforderlich oder wünschenswert.

Responsabilidades

• Wareneingangs-, Warenausgangs- und Produktions- sowie Hygienekontrollen durchführen.
• Kundenbeschwerden und Anfragen telefonisch und schriftlich bearbeiten.
• Offizielle Anträge und Zulassungen an Fachbehörden bearbeiten.
• Retouren bearbeiten.
• Labordiagnostik initiieren und auswerten.
• Unterstützung bei internen und externen Audits leisten.

Quality Assurance Specialist (m/f/d)

full-time, permanent

• You carry out incoming and outgoing goods inspections as well as production and hygiene controls
• customer complaints and inquiries by phone and in writing
• official orders and applications to specialist authorities
• returns
• You initiate and evaluate laboratory analyses
• You assist in the preparation and execution of internal and external audits

If you:

• have completed vocational training (chemical laboratory assistant, biological laboratory assistant or comparable qualification) or a degree in food technology, food chemistry or ecotrophology
• ideally have initial professional experience in quality assurance in the food industry
• have SAP knowledge and
• good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• have basic knowledge of the English language and are willing to work in a
• two-shift system
