Job summary

Sponge Compliance in Berlin is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support ongoing compliance e-learning project delivery. This role may be a fixed employee or freelance assignment, working with the Berlin-based Sponge Compliance team to plan, coordinate and manage digital learning projects to high standards.

You will coordinate client and internal projects, keep stakeholders informed, and help navigate a fast-paced delivery environment with clear governance and risk management.

Qualifications

• Experience in project management, digital learning, e-learning, production or related delivery environment.
• Ideally experience managing e-learning projects, particularly within compliance learning or regulated environments.
• Good understanding of project management tools, processes and methodologies.
• Strong organisation and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities.
• Confidence working with clients, internal stakeholders and multidisciplinary delivery teams.
• A calm, resilient and solutions-focused approach when priorities shift or challenges arise.
• Strong attention to detail and confidence tracking actions, risks, timelines and deliverables.
• Commercial awareness and confidence working within agreed scope, timelines and project expectations.
• German language skills at native or business-fluent level, paired with strong English communication skills.

• Supporting change requests, project updates and delivery documentation where required.

You will work closely with our Berlin-based Sponge Compliance team to help plan, coordinate and manage digital learning projects, ensuring work is delivered clearly, efficiently and to a high standard to our customers.
You will be part of a team delivering compliance e-learning projects across a range of industries. The role requires strong project coordination, clear stakeholder communication and the ability to keep work moving in a busy delivery environment.
