A dynamic tech firm in Bogotá is looking for a Mid-Level Graphic Designer who excels in creativity and visual communication within the tech sector. In this role, you will support talent branding and sales enablement efforts, collaborating closely with both the Senior Designer and the Talent department. The ideal candidate has over 3 years of experience, is proficient in Adobe Suite, and possesses strong communication skills. This position offers a flexible work model and a culture focused on growth and collaboration.

Qualificações
- 3+ years of experience in graphic design, ideally within the tech or B2B space.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
- Strong understanding of digital platforms, especially LinkedIn.
Responsabilidades
- Support the Senior Designer in creating compelling sales enablement materials.
- Partner with the Talent team to develop and activate the talent brand.
- Research and identify design and industry trends.
