We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Leader to manage and mentor our team of 9 Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) across Europe. This role is pivotal in driving pipeline generation, optimizing outreach strategies, and ensuring alignment with marketing and sales goals. The ideal candidate will bring leadership experience, a strong understanding of sales development best practices, and familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Dynamics, Outreach, LinkedIN Navigator DemandBase, and ZoomInfo.
Demonstrable experience in managing remote multinational teams
Knowledge of effective planning techniques and ability to contribute to operational (short term), tactical (1-2 years) and strategic (3-5 years) planning in support of the overall business plan.
Knowledge of effective influencing tactics and strategies; ability to impact decisions within and outside own organization.
Knowledge of successful negotiation concepts and techniques; ability to negotiate successfully across the organization and with external vendors and clients in a constructive and collaborative manner.
Knowledge of relationship management techniques; ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients, vendors, and peers.
Knowledge of successful performance management techniques; ability to apply organization's performance management system, practices, and tools to developing and improving individual, team, and organizational performance.
Knowledge of the telecommunications / Cyber Security or Cloud Services industry; ability to provide specific telecommunications experience and knowledge of major technologies, products, key players, trends and directions to help organizational development.
Knowledge of transformation initiatives to drive fundamental changes, enhance responsiveness and efficiency to core business practices. Ability to drive cultural changes from best effort to results oriented.
Knowledge of customer interactions, creating a culture of accountability, collaboration and partnership. Ability to build an environment supporting customer value creation at every level.
Understanding the system-driven processes for consistency and scalability. Ability to re‑focus processes and systems from integration activity to maximizing a positive customer impact and anticipating future trends.
