The role requires over 2 years of experience in compensation and benefits analysis and fluency in both Spanish and English. Key responsibilities include executing benefits programs, conducting market research, and ensuring compliance with local regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and interpersonal skills, demonstrating a commitment to delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar analyst role for Compensation + Benefits.
  • Solid understanding of LATAM labor laws and tax regulations.
  • High level of accuracy in data entry and review.

Responsibilities

  • Execute administration of regional benefits programs.
  • Conduct market research and salary surveys.
  • Generate reports on total rewards metrics.
  • Support the onboarding process for new colleagues.
  • Monitor regional compliance requirements.
