Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking an International Field Service Representative to act as a senior technical advisor for advanced wireless systems in challenging environments. You will work with customers to assess needs, demonstrate capabilities, and deliver customized field solutions in coordination with Engineering, Sales and Product Management.

Role requires independent execution, strong RF and networking knowledge, and willingness to travel up to 75% to customer sites in Colombia or Mexico.

Qualifications

• Secondary education completed (high school diploma or equivalent).
• A technical degree is preferred.
• 1–3 years in DoD/military or law enforcement field support with customer-facing role.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, network architecture, and RF systems.
• Ability to travel up to 75% and work on-site at customer locations.
• Must be based in Colombia or Mexico.
• Upper-Intermediate English (speaking, reading, writing) and Spanish fluency.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior technical advisor to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Provide pre-sales and post-sales support and influence product direction.
• Diagnose and resolve complex field issues and adapt multi-antenna MIMO systems to customer needs.
• Conduct on-site and remote technical support, including field diagnostics and network configuration.
• Lead product demonstrations and customer engagements, identifying integration opportunities.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product Management to provide field-driven input and recommendations.
• Travel up to 75% to customer sites and conduct hands-on training.
