Capgemini Engineering in Colombia is seeking a telecommunications engineer to join its global engineering team. You will perform 24x7x365 incident monitoring of mobile networks, troubleshoot DWDM/SDH issues, and coordinate backup routes across Nokia, Huawei and Ericsson platforms, working with RAN elements from 2G to 5G.

You will support Cloud RAN deployments, collaborate with field technicians, and apply data‑driven diagnostics to deliver rapid resolutions.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of experience in telecommunications or IT.
• Experience monitoring DWDM/SDH transmission environments.
• Knowledge of Nokia, Huawei, and Ericsson platforms.

Responsabilidades

• 24x7x365 incident monitoring of mobile networks.
• Troubleshooting DWDM/SDH transmission issues and coordinating backup routes.
• Operate and maintain RAN elements across 2G-5G (Ericsson/Nokia).
• Support Cloud RAN and 5G Standalone deployments.
• Coordinate and provide technical support to field technicians.
