Hire Horatio CX is seeking a Recruiting Specialist to support day-to-day and strategic recruitment efforts. You will handle sourcing, resume reviews, and screening, while maintaining data and assisting with onboarding.

• Use sourcing tools to attract candidates via networks, searches, and referrals.
• Maintain a robust pipeline and fill staffing needs promptly.
• Fill hiring requests by start date and coordinate scheduling.
• Lead initial screening and schedule in-person interviews.
• Collaborate with ATS platforms and keep applications up to date.
• Submit and follow up with background and reference checks.
• Exercise judgment in HR matters and policy interpretation.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
