Gallagher is seeking a Workforce Analytics Specialist in Bogotá to turn workforce data into insights that inform organizational design and planning. You’ll partner with Organizational Design, HR, Finance, and business leaders to ensure data reliability and to create actionable reporting for leadership.

You will build dashboards in Power BI/Tableau, manage data quality across HRIS, and support mergers, restructures, and talent integration.

Formación

• 3–5 years of experience in workforce analytics or a similar analytical role.
• Experience with HRIS data and employee master data.
• Proficient in Excel for analyzing data and building reports.
• Experience creating dashboards/visualizations in Power BI or Tableau.
• Ability to explain complex data in clear presentations and updates.
• Ability to work independently in a global, matrixed environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in statistics, data analytics, or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze workforce data to spot trends, risks, and opportunities across headcount, attrition, spans of control, and workforce mix.
• Build and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and visualizations in HRIS/Power BI/Tableau.
• Create recurring and ad hoc reports for HR leadership and business stakeholders.
• Support org design, M&A integration, restructures, and enterprise transformations.
• Ensure data quality by extracting, validating, cleansing, transforming, and reconciling HRIS data.
