Abbott in Bogotá, Colombia seeks a Business Intelligence & Data Specialist to design, develop, and maintain enterprise analytics solutions and dashboards that transform complex data into actionable insights for business and leadership decisions.

You'll work with stakeholders to align analytics with goals, optimize Power BI performance and security, and support data governance across sources, with a global scope.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience developing and supporting Power BI solutions.
• Advanced Power BI report development and data visualization.
• Experience with data modeling and semantic layer design.
• Experience gathering requirements and UAT.
• Strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Validate data across multiple sources.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and requirements.
• Translate business questions into scalable data models and visuals.
• Maintain documentation for data models and refresh processes.
• Support UAT activities and validate outputs.
• Optimize Power BI solutions for performance and security.
• Provide ongoing enhancements to dashboards.
• Troubleshoot reporting issues and change requests.
• Collaborate with IT to align analytics with goals.
