AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Workday Financials Consultant to deliver hands-on configuration and support across multiple Workday Financials domains within a lean Finance Solution Delivery team. You will troubleshoot production issues, design scalable solutions, and partner with Finance stakeholders to translate business requirements into system solutions.

• 8+ years of hands-on Workday Financials experience.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end financial processes within Workday.
• Experience supporting both production support and project-based work.
• Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
• Strong communication with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on configuration and support across multiple Workday Financials domains.
• Act as a flexible resource, stepping into priority areas based on business demand.
• Support production issues, troubleshoot defects, and deliver timely resolutions.
• Design and implement scalable solutions aligned with long-term platform health.
• Partner with functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into system solutions.
• Contribute to ongoing enhancements, optimizations, and process improvements.
