BairesDev is hiring a Hiring Journey Associate to provide a positive hiring experience for candidates and support a smooth process for client openings. You will be a primary contact between BairesDev and candidates, advancing them through the recruiting pipeline and helping align talent with opportunities.

This fully remote role offers USD compensation, flexible hours, home-office setup, parental leave, vacations, and a diverse global team.

Formación

• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in talent acquisition or recruitment is a plus.
• Comfortable coordinating multiple interview steps and candidate communications.

Responsabilidades

• Communicate with candidates, following up on their process and building relationships during the selection process.
• Maintain records of applicants' information, including resumes, assignments, and interview evaluations.
• Help assess applicants' knowledge, skills, experience, and fit.
• Support candidates before interviews with clients, coordinate interviews and assessments, and participate in client interviews.
• Schedule interviews, coding challenges, tests, and assessments while maintaining candidates' interest.
• Gather and communicate candidate experience and information for potential fits so Staffing can make informed decisions.

Hiring Journey Associate at BairesDev

As a Hiring Journey Associate, you'll help provide a positive hiring experience for candidates while supporting a smooth and efficient process to meet client needs. You'll be a contact point for communications between BairesDev and candidates in your pipeline, helping advance them within the recruiting process for both internal and external client openings. This is your opportunity to contribute to our talent acquisition efforts, building relationships with candidates while supporting client expectations through clear communication and strong candidate experience.

What You'll Do:

• - Communicate with candidates, following up on their process and helping ensure their engagement, acting as a contact point and building relationships during the selection process.
• - Maintain records of applicants' information, including resumes, assignments, and interview evaluations.
• - Help assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, experience, and fit.
• - Support candidates before interviews with clients, help coordinate interviews and assessments with candidates, and participate in client interviews.
• - Schedule interviews, coding challenges, tests, and assessments while maintaining candidates' interest.
• - Gather and communicate candidate experience and information for potential fits so that our Staffing team can make informed decisions.
