Emapta Global in Bogotá is seeking a Workday Associate Consultant (Business Analyst) to support implementations across HCM, Adaptive Planning, Financials, Payroll, and Integrations, with a focus on requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and post-live improvements.

You will collaborate with global clients, grow through Emapta Academy, and benefit from a stable contract, day shift, and strong exposure to client projects.

Formación

• Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field.
• 1-3 years of relevant professional experience.
• Knowledge of Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Graduation from college within the past 2 years.

Responsabilidades

• Support Workday implementations across modules (HCM, Adaptive Planning, Financials, Payroll, Integrations).
• Participate in client meetings to gather and document requirements.
• Assist with system configuration, business process framework setup, and security role administration.
• Perform data validation, unit and integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
• Investigate system issues and support timely resolutions.
• Create and maintain functional docs, configuration workbooks, and training materials.
• Support post-go-live activities and ongoing enhancements.
• Stay current on Workday releases, features, and best practices.
