Job Description

As a Guidewire Business Analyst, you will act as the liaison between stakeholders and the technical team to ensure solutions align with business needs. You will gather and document requirements, create user stories, and support UAT to deliver effective, business-focused Guidewire implementations.

The Qualifications We Seek

Required Skills & Experience

• 1-3 years as a Business Analyst in Guidewire projects
• Strong knowledge of at least one Guidewire module (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter)
• Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Understanding of insurance processes and terminology

Preferred Skills

• Guidewire Business Analyst certification
• Experience with Guidewire Digital and DataHub

Education/Certifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field

Your Daily Tasks

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Guidewire implementation or enhancements
• Conduct workshops with business users and SMEs
• Create functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Collaborate with developers to ensure requirements are accurately implemented
• Support UAT planning, execution, and defect management
