• 2+ years of sales and account management experience in transportation and logistics.
• Degree in Marketing or Business required.
• Strong communication, negotiation and customer relations skills.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and track shipments during weekend hours with real-time visibility.
• Communicate with customers, drivers, and internal teams about status and issues.
• Update portals, systems, and records with accurate information.
• Coordinate pickups and deliveries to meet customer requirements.
• Identify and resolve service disruptions and delays.
• Handle inquiries and complaints with timely solutions.
• Prepare and distribute overnight reports for daytime operations.
• Maintain documentation and collaborate with customers, carriers, and stakeholders.
