Charger Logistics is seeking a Weekend Dispatcher to monitor weekend shipments, communicate with customers and drivers, and ensure timely updates across portals and records. You will coordinate pickup and delivery appointments, manage exceptions, and produce overnight reports for daytime operations, contributing to efficient transport and outstanding service.

Candidates with 2+ years in sales/account management within logistics and a degree in marketing or business are preferred, along with

• 2+ years of sales and account management experience in transportation and logistics.
• Recent college/university degree in Marketing or Business-related field.
• Experience in analyst role and/or pricing functions is an asset.
• Ability to understand business requirements using technology and create solutions.
• Experience in B2B sales involving complex deals is an asset.
• Strong knowledge of the sales planning process.
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills; strong interpersonal abilities.
• Strong negotiation skills with proven closing ability.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and track shipments during weekend hours with real-time visibility.
• Communicate with customers, drivers, and internal teams on status and issues.
• Update portals, systems, and shipment records with accurate data.
• Coordinate pickup and delivery appointments to meet customer requirements.
• Identify and resolve service disruptions and delays; manage load recoveries.
• Handle inquiries and complaints with timely solutions and follow-up.
• Prepare and distribute overnight reports for daytime operations.
• Maintain documentation and collaborate with customers, carriers and stakeholders.
