Charger Logistics Inc. is seeking a Weekend Customer Service Representative to monitor shipments, communicate with customers and drivers, and coordinate weekend operations to maintain visibility and service quality. The role emphasizes tracking, reporting, and proactive problem resolution within a fast-paced logistics environment.

The schedule is Friday to Monday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM CST, supporting weekend operations and ensuring smooth transportation services for customers and partners.

Formación

• 2+ years of sales and account management experience in transportation and logistics field
• Strong knowledge of trucking industry
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Ability to function independently with little or no supervision as well as in a team environment

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and track active shipments during weekend hours, maintaining real-time visibility and service performance.
• Communicate with customers, drivers, and internal teams regarding shipment status, delivery schedules, and operational issues.
• Update customer portals, systems, and shipment records with accurate information.
• Coordinate pickup and delivery appointments and ensure customer requirements are met.
• Identify, escalate, and resolve service disruptions, delays, load recoveries, and other operational exceptions.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing timely solutions and follow-up.
• Prepare and distribute overnight reports, ensuring critical updates are communicated to the daytime team.
• Maintain accurate documentation and collaborate with customers, carriers, and internal stakeholders.
