ttg Talent Solutions seeks a Web Applications Administrator to configure, support, and improve web applications and SaaS platforms, focusing on user-facing workflows, releases, reporting, and post-deployment troubleshooting.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3–5 years of experience with SQL, deployments, and production support, and will collaborate with business users, vendors, and technical teams.

Formación

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
3 - 5 years of experience administering, configuring, supporting, or developing web applications, including SaaS platforms.
Working knowledge of SQL, integrations, deployments, and production support.
Ability to manage priorities and work with business users, vendors, and technical teams.

Responsabilidades

Configure, maintain, and support web applications, SaaS platforms, and submission workflows.
Analyze business requirements and contribute to technical designs, estimates, and solutions.
Create or improve page layouts, interfaces, and content experiences.
Coordinate release preparation, deployment validation, and post-release support.
Investigate application defects, publishing issues, integrations, and configuration problems.
Support reporting and data-management activities using Excel and SQL.
Maintain deployment procedures and technical documentation.
