Philip Morris International in Bogotá is seeking a Warehousing Coordinator to design, plan, and oversee logistics across two Distribution Centers, ensuring inventory accuracy and service levels. The role includes driving excellence in storage, transport, distribution, and last-mile delivery to meet customer expectations.

Required are 2+ years in logistics within FMCG, strong English skills, and a track record of managing KPIs and continuous improvements.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, warehousing, or Distribution Center operations.
• At least 2 years of experience managing warehousing and distribution operations.
• Proven experience managing logistics KPIs and leading continuous improvement initiatives.
• Experience within the FMCG industry is required; experience in alcoholic beverages or beer industries is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of Tornaguías regulations and processes is considered a strong advantage.
• Advanced English proficiency.

• Ensure accurate inventory management, maintaining high levels of inventory accuracy, control, and availability.

• Ensure compliance with commercial agreements and established service level expectations.
• Manage delivery execution, tracking, and shipment traceability to ensure superior customer service.

Impact You’ll Own

The Warehousing Coordinator is responsible for designing, planning, coordinating, and overseeing all logistics operations within the assigned region, ensuring resource optimization, service level compliance, and the efficient execution of warehousing, distribution, transportation, and inventory management processes.
