Job summary

J.P. Morgan seeks a Product Solutions Vice President for Cross Currency in the Financial Institution Group across Latin America.

You will partner with Sales to identify market opportunities, prospect clients not using cross-currency solutions, and lead solution delivery with deep product expertise. You will manage pipeline, coordinate with FX and payments teams, and shape end-to-end solution strategies to win new business while driving regional growth and client value.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience leading and developing solution strategies across multiple teams and products.
Extensive experience facilitating sales cycles and optimizing processes.
Experience structuring and delivering complex solutions to meet client needs.
Strong knowledge of transaction banking, FX payments, cross-border payments, and digital channels.
Understanding of corporate workflow and sales-to-delivery alignment.
Proven ability to drive sales and marketing strategies and execute them.
Ability to work toward portfolio growth targets in a competitive environment.
Excellent writing, verbal communication, and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

Advise on solutioning and adoption of client-facing products, crafting complex end-to-end solutions.
Develop and deliver client-relevant solution presentations addressing specific needs.
Manage the sales pipeline, develop target client lists, and drive execution from pre-sales to deal closure.
