Qualifikationen

• Need 8+ years leading cross-team solution delivery.
• Experience facilitating sales cycles and optimizing strategies.
• Proven ability to structure complex solutions for clients’ needs.
• Strong knowledge of transaction banking, FX payments, cross-border payments, and digital channels.
• Understanding of corporate workflow to align products with client processes.
• Proven sales and marketing strategy development and execution.
• Ability to work toward portfolio growth targets in a competitive environment.
• Excellent writing, verbal communication, and client-facing skills.
