Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Latin America seeks a Product Solutions Vice President for Cross Currency within the Financial Institution Group to drive expert solutions, partner with Sales in LATAM, and capture market opportunities.

You will originate opportunities, shape end-to-end FX solutions, and win new business through a consultative approach. You will lead advisory efforts, craft client-focused solution presentations, and manage pipelines from pre-sales to close, collaborating with FX,

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience leading solutions across multiple teams and products.
• Extensive experience facilitating sales cycle activities and developing and optimizing strategies and processes.
• Demonstrable experience structuring and handling complex solutions for business problems to meet clients’ needs.
• Strong knowledge of transaction banking, FX payments, cross-border payments, and digital channels.
• Understanding of corporate workflow.
• Strong product-oriented sales experience and client-facing acumen.
• Ability to develop clear sales and marketing strategies and execute against them.
• Ability to work under direct portfolio growth targets in a competitive environment.
• Exceptional writing, verbal communication, and client-facing skills.
• Ability to develop collaborative relationships with key internal partners across sales, product management, client service, and banking partners.

Responsibilities

• Advise Sales on solutioning and adoption of new and existing client-facing products and capabilities.
• Develop and deliver client-relevant solution presentations addressing specific client needs and use cases.
• Manage the sales pipeline and develop target client lists from pre-sales through mandate wins and deal closure.
• Coordinate RFP responses and support proactive client engagement with payments sales and banking partners.
