PriceSmart in Bogotá is seeking a proactive Vendor Promotions Clerk to support scheduling, budgeting, and reporting of promotional activities across Latin America and the Caribbean. You will work closely with the Vendor Promotions Manager, Buyers, and Assistant Buyers to ensure promotional activities are properly scheduled, supported, monitored, and reported.

• 2–3 years of administrative experience.
• Strong Excel, Word and Outlook skills.
• Experience with JD Edwards is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and budgets.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Vendor Promotions Manager with monthly promotional budgets by department and country.
• Prepare, send, and receive vendor commitments for promotional activities.
• Review in-country quantities and locations to support promotional performance.
• Prepare and maintain Manufacturer Savings and Digital Marketing schedules.
• Audit promotional readiness and follow up with Buyers and Assistant Buyers.
• Ensure promotional activities are scheduled and supported across locations.
